Our dress code is semi-formal. The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors, with the ceremony taking place on grass—so we recommend choosing footwear that is lawn-friendly. Elegant flowy dresses, light suits, and soft, romantic colors are all welcome. Most importantly, dress comfortably and be yourself. If your invitation includes “& Guest” next to your name on the envelope, we are delighted to extend a plus one to you. The number of seats reserved in your honor is indicated on your RSVP card for your reference. As we are planning an intimate celebration, we are only able to accommodate those guests whose names appear on the invitation. Thank you sincerely for your understanding — we truly look forward to celebrating together.
We adore your little ones! However, in keeping with the intimate nature of our celebration, we are only able to accommodate children if your invitation is addressed to “The _____ Family.” If so, your children are joyfully included. Otherwise, we hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a special evening out — we promise there will be plenty to celebrate!
Please mail back your completed RSVP card using the prepaid envelope included with your invitation. We kindly ask that you mail it prior to the date indicated (May 1st) so we can plan accordingly. For guests formally invited to the Rehearsal Dinner, please RSVP by text to the Mother of the Groom, no later than May 1st. See you soon!
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony site by 5:00 PM. We recommend allowing 15–20 minutes for parking and walking from the lot to the ceremony location.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors by the lake on the lawn at Arrow Park, so we recommend choosing comfortable footwear suitable for walking on grass. Following the ceremony, guests will be welcomed inside the mansion for cocktail hour. The celebration will then continue outdoors in the courtyard under the stars for the reception. We are so excited to share this beautiful setting with you!
Yes! There is a designated parking lot—just head down the driveway a bit and you'll see it on your right. For guests who may prefer not to walk to the ceremony site, golf carts will be available to shuttle you to the lakeside lawn. We’ve got you covered!
Yes! Immediately following the reception, there will be an optional after-party down by the lake. We’d love for you to join us and keep the celebration going under the stars!
We have reserved a limited block of rooms at Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury for our guests. Please refer to the "Travel" section for details.
Yes! There will be an optional morning-after breakfast for guests to gather and celebrate one last time. The location is still to be determined, so please check back here closer to the wedding for full details.
