Miriam has an affinity towards Mexican food, and this place was so good, we brought the parents of the bride here when they first came to visit! 🌮
Ginger and Baker
Very fun, rustic restaurant with many incredible options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You should expect very flavorful drinks and meals here! 🥩
Slyce Pizza Co.
You buy by the slice and they always have great, unique options. Make sure to grab a slice and head down to the Speak Cheezy (out the door by the register, turn left, first door on the left) for an additional, old-timey experience! 🍕
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar
This is one of those choose-your-own-adventure burger spots! Check the items you want on your burger, choose a side, and enjoy! Jeff recommends choosing as many sauces as you can on the side, then dipping the tots in them! 🍔

Perfect place to hang out and grab some of the best beer that Colorado has to offer! Outdoor seating is available and recommended if the fire pit is available! 🍻
New Belgium Brewing Company
Another amazing place to visit and grab a beer! I highly recommend the tour if it's available (comes with free drinks) 🍺
Horsetooth Rock Trail
Great hiking and views! There is a parking fee of $10/vehicle that lets you in to either Horsetooth Rock or Horsetooth Falls (IMO, go for the rock) ⛰️
Rustic
Great place to find public land for hiking, but specifically the road to Rustic via Poudre Canyon Rd is one of the couple's favorite drives.
