Lets Celebrate!

Tyler and Emily had an intimate elopement on Saturday February 12, 2022. It was a beautiful winter wonderland ceremony that was performed by Emily's brother Justin. After the ceremony they celebrated by having a big breakfast at the township hall.

Tyler and Emily met while Emily was attending Lake Superior State University in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan in spring of 2017. Their first date was actually set up by Tyler's cousin Amanda. Although they didn't hit it off right at first they remained friends. It wasn't until the following spring that they had their "second first date". Since then, their relationship has been quite the adventure. They love to spend their time together hiking, fishing, camping, and exploring new places. They've explored the Lake Superior shoreline from Sault Ste. Marie to the Keweenaw Peninsula, toured old cities in different states, and road tripped across the country (twice!). They have even expanded their family beyond the two of them. They have added two beautiful chocolate labs named Freya and Hotch. But the best addition was their son Theodore who they welcomed into the world March 27, 2022.
