Many guests traveling from the south suburbs will head north on I‑294 to the Willow Road exit, then continue east toward Milwaukee Avenue. The entrance to The Grove sits just inside the nature preserve at 1421 Milwaukee Ave. in Glenview. Surrounded by quiet woods and walking paths, the estate feels tucked away while still being conveniently located about 25–35 minutes from most Chicagoland areas.
The Grove is a National Historic Landmark once home to the Kennicott family, early Illinois settlers and naturalists whose work shaped the region’s ecological history.
