The dress code is black tie optional. This means guests are welcome to wear formal attire. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are appropriate—but not required. A dark suit and tie for men and midi dresses for women are also perfectly acceptable.

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided from both the Lancaster Marriott and Cork Factory Hotels. Lancaster Marriott: buses will depart from King Street (hotel is happy to assist with questions based on location) Bus #1 departs at 3:30pm Bus #2 departs at 4:00pm Cork Factory Hotel: bus will depart from hotel parking lot (please ask hotel for assistance if needed) Bus departs at 3:35pm At the conclusion of the reception, busses will depart from Lancaster Country Club and return to both hotels. If you plan to attend the After Party, please get off at the Marriott stop which is located next to Annie Bailey’s. Bus #1 departs at 10:15pm Bus #2 departs at 10:40pm Bus #3 departs at 10:45pm
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15pm. We ask that everyone is seated with phones silenced before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm.
Yes, parking at the venue is free! There will be plenty of space for everyone. If you plan to drive instead of taking the shuttle, please drink responsibly.
While we love your kids, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you can enjoy a fun and relaxing evening celebrating with us!
Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will follow indoors.
