Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Sassafras Springs Vineyard in Springdale, AR. Pending the weather, we will have an outdoor ceremony located at the Chapel Ruins which can be found if you follow the walkway to the left of the parking lot.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. In order to help us stay on schedule, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to park and find your seat.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included in your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we do love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult-only event (with the only exception of our immediate family included in the bridal party). We hope you understand and encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. You can find many inspiration pictures online if you're unsure of what to wear. Please refrain from wearing white, cream, or ivory to allow the bride to have her day! We can't wait to see you all looking your best!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means we ask you keep all phones on silent and put them away during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer will be taking pictures during this time and we wish to avoid having a phone blocking her view. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take all of the pictures and videos you wish in order to help us remember this special day!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you are unable to attend, please indicate your regrets as soon as possible under your name on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, one specialty drink, and non alcoholic beverages are on us! The hangover is on you!
