Are kids invited?

We absolutely love all your little ones - however, this is an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, so we ask you to arrive at 4:30 pm to allow ample time to park and find your seat. The venue will allow guests in at 4:25 at the earliest, so we ask you to wait in your vehicle until this time to allow our vendors to have time to set up and be ready to host us!

Where do I park?
Answer
When you arrive at Waveny, there is a long driveway straight up to the venue. Don't take any of the turns, just head straight up. There is a parking lot with plenty of spots in front of the venue.

Is there a shuttle to & from the hotel?
Answer
Yes there will be a shuttle. More information to come on this later!

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside (weather-permitting), followed by an indoor cocktail hour and outdoor reception (weather-permitting) at Waveny House.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
1) Cry. 2) Let us know ASAP and RSVP that you will not be attending through our website. The wait-list is long for this once-in-a-lifetime event (just kidding!)

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, they will appear under your name when you go to RSVP.

What's the bar situation?
Answer
Open bar, ladies and gentlemen. We do deeply respect our bartenders & ask you to bring a few bucks to tip the hard-working individuals supporting our fun night!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
NO! Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any outside beverages into the venue. Julianne will personally kick you out if you make the vendors' lives difficult :)
