Aloft and offers a more modern stay to it's guests (plus a bar). Please be aware that the App State v. UNC football game will be occurring on the day of our wedding, and tailgating traffic may add some time to your commute! The Hampton Inn is walking distance from downtown Chapel Hill and Franklin Street, and just a few blocks from the heart of Carrboro. It's pretty much the best of both worlds. This is the ideal location if you want to have an authentic college football experience and participate in the App State v. UNC revelry, but it's not too close to those pesky undergrads. Just be sure to remember that the football game will be occurring on the day of our wedding, and tailgating traffic may add some time to your commute.
