If you are planning on staying at the Sonesta White Plains, then Westchester County airport is definitely the easiest, most cost effective option. The Sonesta has a free shuttle for airport pickup and drop off - eliminating the need for car rental or taxi. Laguardia Airport is a convenient alternative.

Travel Note

Sonesta Shuttle Information

The shuttle to/from Westchester Airport runs from 5:00 AM – Midnight daily. Upon arrival at the airport, please call the hotel at 914-682-0050 and the hotel will update you on the time frame on when to expect the shuttle arrival. The pick up area at the airport is across the street from the main terminal entrance at the bus stop area. Please note, the bus is not allowed to park and wait. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour.

This Marriot Courtyard is the closest to the venue. There is another in New Rochelle, Both hotels are within walking distance of Metro-North's New Haven line. We have not reserved a block of rooms for these hotel, and no transportation to and from the venue will be provided.
