When should I RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP date will be included on the formal invitations that will go out in July

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony between 4:10 - 4:45pm to allow time for refreshments and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided from the Best Western at 3:45pm and 4:15pm. Shuttles will be available throughout the night to take guests back to their hotels, with the final shuttles leaving around 11:15pm. If you plan to drive to the venue, parking is available. Ubers are also an option throughout the evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please include any food allergies on your RSVP card that you receive in July.

Can I make a song request for the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Please send Erin or Jason any song requests in advance of the wedding date so we can add them to our band's set list.

What is the weather forecast for the wedding day?

Answer

Late September is typically in the 80s mid-day but may get into the 50s or 60s at night. Please note the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be outside, and then dancing will be inside.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Absolutely! Since the hotel lobby bars will be closed, please plan to join us at B&B Lounge (walking distance from the hotels) for a nightcap (or a few).
