FAQ

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

The easiest location is the Four Seasons where the ceremony and reception will be held. Room blocks are full at this time, however the hotel still has rooms available. We highly recommend The Sebastian directly across the street! Staying anywhere in Vail Village will keep you within walking distance of all wedding events. Additional travel recommendations and information for the Sebastian are located in the "travel and logistics" section of our site.

Question

Who do I notify of my dietary restrictions for food?

Answer

We trust our venue will take every precaution to ensure our guests' dietary restrictions are met. We will need this information by 9/4/2025. Please include this on your RSVP if you have gluten free/ vegetarian/ any other needs.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have opted for a more intimate setting and need to stay within our venues capacity restrictions. We appreciate you understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you! If you have a special someone who wants to join in the other weekend festivities, please feel free to bring them along.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have decided not to have kids at our ceremony and reception, but that doesn't mean you can't bring them for the weekend! Check out our "childcare" tab for more information.

Question

How do I adjust to the altitude?

Answer

Drink water + Oxygen Bar + IV hydration - In the event you’re coming from a lower elevation and need a hand adjusting to the altitude (feeling nauseous, exhausted, dehydrated, headaches, or maybe just hungover from the plane ride), we highly recommend visiting an oxygen bar and grabbing an IV to help adjust and feel your best all weekend! https://recoverylabvail.com https://vailivtherapy.com

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the terrace located on the third floor between 4-4:15pm to grab a drink and be seated for the ceremony. If you arrive before 4pm, feel free to grab a cocktail at the Remedy bar!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Mountain Formal Attire is encouraged; we kindly request no jeans or casual clothing for the ceremony and reception. In general, the weather this time of the year will be cool in the evening and mornings and will warm up during the day, temps could range from 32-70 degrees. It’s important to us that our guests are comfortable! Heaters, fireplaces, and blankets are available for the outdoor ceremony. There will be minimal walking and the patio area is paved; heels are a safe choice if you want to wear them! A coat check will be available in the reception area.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy from start to finish on our wedding day.

Question

What if there's an emergency and I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand and hope to celebrate another time with you. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Even if it is a few days before or day of, just let us know so we don't worry about you!

Question

If I’m driving, where should I park?

Answer

Valet parking is available at our venue for a discounted rate of $30. Please let them know you are attending our wedding to ensure the discount is applied. Free parking is available at the Vail Village structure from 3PM-4AM; this is a 10 minute walk to the venue.

Question

Can we have cigars or any recreational products on the terrace?

Answer

While this sounds fun, our venue is a completely smoke free property. The venue will ask any guest who does not follow these guidelines to leave the property. (Sorry, their rules, not ours!)
