The Future Thaws

Like many modern love stories, Jasmine and Ivan met on Hinge, but this one started with Jasmine swiping right first. Between a cute baby photo (thanks, Caleb) and Ivan playing guitar (bonus points for Shawn Mendes covers), she was intrigued. The night got off to a slightly rocky start when Ivan showed up over an hour late (thanks to 5pm Austin traffic), but from the moment they sat down, it didn’t matter. They instantly clicked, talking about family, culture, and everything in between. At one point, Jasmine asked to share a bowl of ramen, which Ivan later admitted he thought was a bold first-date move. What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into bar-hopping around The Domain and eventually 6th Street, and by the end of the night, it felt like they had known each other forever. After that, they never really stopped talking and quickly started doing everything together. Not long after, they visited the 360 Bridge, one of the first places that became part of their story. Years later, Ivan brought Jasmine back to that same spot and asked her to marry him. Now they can’t wait to celebrate with their favorite people as they begin their next chapter together.
