We met on a dating app called Bumble. We talked for about a month before we got the courage to go out on a date. Our first date was a Diamondbacks vs Cubs baseball game. The Cubs won and Sean bet dinner on it. It was his smooth way of getting the date to continue. Neither wanted the night to end. He texted her after the date and an intense Game of Thrones episode. The rest is history!

We had been watching a TV show called "Ghost Adventures" and the show recently went to Goldfield Mines out by the Superstition Mountains. Emily had been dying to go there so Sean planned a day date that included breakfast at her favorite place, sightseeing and ended with a proposal on the chapel steps. Then, Emily was surprised by all of their family and champagne when she thought they were going to check on the Moree family dog but it really was a surprise engagement celebration.
