Reception

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The reception will be held directly on the foredeck of the U.S.S Little Rock. The ship has many uneven surfaces and the stairs up to it are perforated, so stable footwear is strongly recommended. Ladies, please re-think the heels and opt for comfortable dancing shoes instead!

Parking The Naval Park and Liberty Hound Restaurant have approximately 20 reserved parking spots across the street from the Museum Building in the Marine Drive Apartments Lot. The reserved parking spots are clearly marked with a sign- please only park in these designated spots. The Erie Basin Marina lot to the north (right as you enter the marina on Erie St.) is free parking. If parking at the marina is full, roadside parking is available along Erie St. to the east. There are also pay lots further east under the Skyway. Time Hors d’oeuvres will begin on the ship at 5pm with a beer and wine bar. The Liberty Hound next door will be open to the public for the entire day. Feel free to stop by their full-service bar and patio in the time between the ceremony and the reception.
