What date should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP no later than June 15th.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, our budget cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you have a plus one, their name will be listed when you RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to Joshua.

Are Kids allowed?

Answer

Due to our budget and max number of Guests only Family members children will be invited.

What to wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal/cocktail attire for our celebration. Both events will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church has a parking lot and street parking is allowed. The Haynes Community Hall has a parking lot as well.

Question

Is there transportation from the reception back to the Hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle service running throughout the night. See Travel section for more details

Will there be Camping available

Answer

Yes there is a large field located next to the hall available for camping. There will be no hookups available. The hall is located in a residential area therefore generators are not allowed past 10pm.

What if I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Please provide any dietary restrictions when you are completing the RSVP.

What kind of bar will it be?

Answer

A cash bar will be available, with $3 drink tickets for purchase at the bar. Please note there is NO ATM on site, so guests are kindly asked to bring sufficient cash.
