Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the Send-Off Party in NY, however the Dominican Republic Resort is Adults-Only.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The promo code for the DR resort closes on August 9th, so we hope to have RSVP's for anyone traveling by then. Please RSVP by the end of August for NY.

Question

What time should I arrive at the NY event?

Answer

The event begins at 11am and ends at 4pm. Lunch will be provided at 1pm, with dessert and snacks to follow. The event will be an informal reception, with no specific timeline or events. We hope you can join us for the entirety of the event and are able to utilize all of the yard and board games, music, and open bar.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be no transportation or shuttles for the NY event. Please bring a designated driver if you plan to participate in the open bar, as Uber's are not common in the area the event is being held.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food will be provided buffet style in NY, we will have vegetarian options available. Please reach out to Rachel or Eric if you have additional dietary restrictions or would like to inquire about what will be served in NY or in the DR.

Is there parking for the NY event?

Answer

There is ample parking at the event, the parking lot will be across the street from the venue. Please follow all signs and direction from venue staff relating to parking. Individuals with limited mobility can be shuttled from the parking lot to the venue (not a far distance!) by event staff in a golf cart.

Are there any other events that I should know about in the area?

Answer

The end of September marks the start of leaf peeping season in the Adirondacks! If you are traveling and spending a weekend in the great upstate, we invite you to head north and check out the gorgeous fall foliage.
