We're getting married!

We met when Kyle went to Brazil on a mission trip to build a chapel. Little did he know that he would meet the girl of his dreams in the congregation. Thais was beautiful. Kyle was charming. We kept in touch over the years and decided to take our relationship a step further in the summer of 2018. God has blessed us over and over. We believe He brought us together and He has been and will continue to be the most important part of our love story. Right now we are waiting for the U.S. Embassy in Brazil to approve Thais' fiance visa so she can travel to the U.S. The wait has been long and we trust God's plan and timing. We will be married in Brazil on January 11 and hope that the visa will be approved by then. If her visa has been approved we'll hop on the first flight to the United States and get married again on January 19! If her visa has not been approved we will postpone our American wedding. In the meantime, we ask for your prayers, and we ask that you save the date of January 19 until further notice. We can hardly believe that Thais will be moving to the United States soon. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Portland in January!
