When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request your response by July 31, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask guest to be dressed in semi-formal attire. We recommend avoiding stilettos, or heavy clothing material, as we will be outside for the ceremony, snacks & socializing, and under a covered pavilion for the reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To help ensure our ceremony can start promptly at 4pm, guest can arrive between 3:20 pm - 3:50 pm. Pre-Ceremony drinks will be available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any children outside of the wedding party. We hope you are still able to celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has plenty of on-site parking available. If needed, vehicles can be left at the venue as long as they're picked up promptly the next morning.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation from Double Tree Hilton hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. Check back soon for shuttle times.
