- Guests may book reservations online or they can call the Sales Office at (504) 524-5400 ext. 7102. - The cutoff date by which reservations need to be booked is Wednesday, March 16, 2026. - Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the first night’s room & tax. - The deposit for the first night’s room & tax will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival
