Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guest get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal ALL black attire (excluding men's white dress shirts). Formal dress code for women includes floor-length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and tuxes (please no jeans).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love the little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Can I bring a monetary gift in person to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! We understand that some guests prefer to give gifts in person. There will be a designated area at the reception where you can bring your monetary gift instead of submitting it online. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We totally understand and you will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so that we can plan accordingly.

Can I book my trip with a travel agent?

Answer

Yes, you have the option to book your trip through Sherly at Custom Travel Houston. She can assist with all your travel needs and help ensure everything is seamless for your trip. You are also more than welcome to book independently.

How do I contact Sheryl or Beth to book my trip?

Answer

Beth can be reached via phone at 713-478-2998 or 281-565-3200 or by email at Beth@GrandTravelCruise.com. Her contact information is also listed on the Travel Tab for your convenience. Cheryl Jones can be contacted at 281-580-8668 or email her at Cheryl@customtravelhouston.com. I recommend checking with both for the best options available. You are also more than welcome to book independently.

Is there any flexibility in how I can pay for my trip?

Answer

Yes! If it’s easier for you, Beth and Sheryl offer the option to make monthly payments, so you don’t have to pay for everything upfront.

Answer

By booking with Beth, you can take advantage of her expertise in travel planning, ensuring you get the best options and personalized service for your trip. She can also assist with any special requests or questions you may have along the way.

Do I have to use the travel agent to book my trip?

Answer

No, you do not have to use a travel agent if you prefer to book your trip on your own. While we offer the option of working with a travel agent for convenience and expert guidance, you're more than welcome to handle the booking process independently.

Do I need my passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required for all U.S. citizens traveling to the Bahamas.

Question

Are there any passport expiration requirements for my trip?

Answer

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to your travel date. If you're traveling for the wedding on October 17, 2025, your passport must not expire on or after April 17, 2025.
