Both the ceremony and reception will be conducted indoors.

As much as we love your little ones, our special day will be for individuals ages 16+. The ONLY exception is for children in the bridal party. After the ceremony, ALL children under the age of 16 must depart. We appreciate you for making arrangements ahead of time, so that you may fully enjoy the evening, uninterrupted.🥂

Your style is instant language!✨ We would love to see you get dressed to impress for our celebration. SEMI-FORMAL/ COCKTAIL attire is required and strictly enforced. Please wear any shade of brown.

We want all to be present during the moment. We will have a professional photographer and videographer, so our UNPLUGGED CEREMONY will be strictly enforced. This means we are officially asking that you refrain from taking photos, and making videos during the ceremony. However, you are allowed to do so during the reception. Also, time will be allotted for photos with the couple during the reception. When posting on social media, the bride and groom ask that you utilize our wedding hashtags #TwoHeartsONEChampion #NextLevelChampions Thanks in advance for respecting our wishes!

We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! Our celebration is strictly invitation only. We can only accommodate those who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed. You are not allowed to bring individuals that have not been discussed or accounted for in advance. Thanks for understanding!

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, so that you will be seated prior to our special day beginning promptly at 4:30PM. We wouldn't want you to miss a moment of the celebration. Once it has started, doors will close to prevent interruptions.

Answer

Yes, we will provide a variety of alcohol! Please enjoy responsibly. Also, the venue does allow outside drinks; if you wish to have more, feel free to bring what you prefer.

We’ll miss you; however, we understand things happen. If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly with our vendors.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP. You will have a designated time frame to RSVP. Please understand that not responding will be considered as a decline. Thank you so much for your cooperation!
