We met in the most organic way, in the most organic of places. The pair met in Atlanta, GA at Piedmont Park during the pandemic. Wow, that really set the scene didn't it? Let us explain... It was a random Sunday in October and both of the boys went to the park with different groups of friends. Tevin...stood off to the side with the ultimate wingman, Radar. Tevin caught Chaz's eye first. Though Tevin insists Radar had something to do with it...I mean (look at those wittle eyes). The two hung out for the day, and exchanged Instagrams. Dating wasn't exactly on either guys' radar. But Chaz, being the leader that he is, eventually asked Radar for his dad's phone number—and the two began texting back and forth like new lovers do. But both of the boys showed interest in one another. Taking things slow, they went on their first date...then second. Chaz would come over for dinner dates before Tevin had to rush out of the house to catch a flight to chase the next storm. Tevin almost missed one flight. :O Nearly a year into the two dating, Chaz showed the ultimate sign of trust in Tevin, and moved to Boston with his job. When you know, you know, right?!

Tevin was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas with his twin brother Kevin, sister Tavia, and brothers Jarrad and Cody. Since his childhood, he's always had a knack for serving other people. Whether it was volunteering in his community in South Arkansas, or now serving viewers important weather information each morning. He attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, and would later go back to school for a degree in Meteorology from Florida State University. Tevin previously worked as a national meteorologist based in Atlanta, Georgia where he and his dog Radar first met Chaz. Chaz has been the real adventurer. Hailing from more spots around the world than Tevin can count. Growing up as an Army brat took Chaz and his family from Ohio to Germany to Georgia just to name a few places. Amidst all the moving around the world Chaz always loved school and learning. This love of school and learning led him to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta University. After earning his degree he began his teaching career. Chaz couldn’t stay away from school and went back to school at Georgia State University to earn his degree in Educational Leadership. Now he works as an Instructional Coach to support teachers as they grow in their practice. Chaz, Tevin, and Radar are excited to continue to grow together in their new home! They are ready for all of life’s adventures from running marathons to relaxing on the couch and watching college football.
