We’re getting married!

You know it’s meant to be when you both propose one day apart! I had been planning my proposal to Tess for a few months & even planned for a photographer to meet us on vacation to take “Christmas card” photos. The day before I planned to propose we decided to go to the Dollywood Halloween festival. We spend the whole day in the park & we’re getting ready to leave when Tess asked to take a photo. She asked a lady to take it and we got ready to pose for the photo. Before I knew it she dropped to one knee & beat me to the big question! Best surprise of my life! The next day I told her to get ready so we could get our “Christmas photos” done in the mountains. We went to the spot our photographer picked but the service was so bad we couldn’t find her & the sun was going down fast. So I finally accepted I wasn’t going to be able to have our moment photographed. I pulled over by a field with the smoky mountains in the back ground, sun setting and asked her to spend forever with me.
