Our venue is the rooftop deck of Brazos Hall, so it is open air.
Guests are required to wear masks when not seated at assigned table. You are of course allowed to drink away from your table, and this would be the only time you would need to remove your mask while not seated. Our venue has specified that they will not allow entry or bar service if you are not wearing a mask.
Tables will be placed throughout venue to allow for proper social distancing, and 10 guests will be limited to each table. We are looking at about 70 guests, and we will do our best to assign guests to tables with family, friends, and/or people they know. Our hope is that if you don't feel comfortable moving about the venue and/or dancing, you will be able to easily distance from others at your table and/or alongside the rooftop deck perimeter since it is open air!
Tables will not be preset with any glassware or utensils. Guests will go to catering area one table at a time, and catering stafff will serve food. All condiments will be provided in sealed containers.
We request that everyone self-screen before arriving, and if you’re willing and able to get tested prior to the event we would also recommend that. With that being said, we don't require a negative test or require you to be tested to attend!
Venue staff will check guests’ temperatures upon entry, and guests with a temperature over 100F will be turned away.
All vendor staff will follow guidelines themselves and will not make personal contact with guests.
Our venue has quarterly microbial protection services provided by germbusters, and they frequently wipe down surface areas and restrooms to ensure cleanliness. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout venue.
