Customs Form

To enter Jamaica, all travelers must complete the online C5 Immigration and Customs Form. It can be filled out up to 30 days before arrival, and we recommend submitting it at least 24 hours before your flight for a smoother entry. You can complete it at enterjamaica.gov.jm.
