When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request all guests be in the lobby of the Cheyenne Mountain Resort no later than 3:15 p.m. (MST) to board our complementary shuttle service to and from the ceremony site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden/Cocktail Attire: Wear sundresses, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, slacks and button-down shirts and suits in lighter hues. All events are outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at both the ceremony and reception locations. For your convenience, we asking all guests to use our complementary shuttle services from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to and from the ceremony site. Please plan on arriving at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort lobby no later than 3:15 to board the complementary shuttle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Complementary shuttle service will be provided to all guests (regardless of where you are staying) from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to Red Rocks Open Space and then back to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. We are asking all guests to take advantage of this complementary shuttle service. Thank you!
