We will be creating a mood board for inspiration. It will show what colors we will have at the wedding, ideas for dress/suit styles, and the general vibe. Overall, this is a formal event and we are excited to see everyone dressed up in spring/summer colors!
Usually we say "the more the merrier", but this our venue has limited seating and we want an intimate ceremony. If your invitation is addressed specifically with a plus-one mentioned, they are welcome to come! We will be excited to share videos and pictures with everyone afterwards. Please note that this also includes children. We love little ones, but again, we have limited space!
For dinner, we will have a pasta bar catered by a local restaurant. There will be options for everyone, including vegetarian options. When formal invitations are sent out, there will be the option on the RSVP form to note any allergies/dietary restrictions. We hope to make this as accommodating as possible! The venue has handicapped and wheelchair accessible parking available for those who need it. The restrooms are also designed to be accommodating for those with disabilities. If you have any other accessibility questions/needs, please do not hesitate to let us know! The day of the wedding, please do not bring concerns to the brides. This will be an alcohol-free wedding! In Liv and Tess fashion, we will be having a coffee bar during cocktail hour instead. Other beverages will be offered as well! Please do not bring your own alcohol! This is not permitted by our venue.
Weather permitting, we are planning on having the ceremony outdoors! Cocktail hour and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors (again, weather permitting). However, if it does end up raining the day of, the wedding will take place in the lovely greenhouse and there is an outdoor covered area that will stay dry no matter what!
During the ceremony, we ask that you do not use any cellular devices or cameras. We have an amazing photographer and designated videographers that will capture this special moment. After the ceremony, during cocktail hour and the reception, we would love for you to take all the photos and share them with us! We will also have video cameras available at these times so that you can help us remember this day forever!
