Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, pick up is at The Stanley Hotel- Aspire Building. If you choose to drive to the venue but feel like maybe you have been over served, no problem. In the RSVP section please specify whether or not you would like to take a shuttle there and back or just back so we can get an accurate head count. You can leave your car at the venue and we will make rounds in the morning to get you back to your car.

What time will the Shuttle leave for the ceremony?

Pick up will be at 2:30pm at The Aspire Building which is located on the property of The Stanley Hotel.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please respond and confirm your attendance by the evening of August 1, 2025 Please RSVP online. You can find the wedding website/QR code on the back of the post card.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors/indoors. The reception will be held indoors/outdoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes, at The Stanley. We only blocked a handful of rooms. First come, first serve.

What is the weather like in the area?

The month of September can be as high as 71 during the day and as low as 39 in the evening.
