Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have a block at The Laylow, Autograph Collection in Waikiki. There is a discounted rate of $269.00 per night. The last day to book is Thursday, July 3, 2025. Just so you know, when booking through the link, the rate will display a higher price because the website auto-populates the retail destination rate. Your credit card will not be charged when booking, so rest assured you WILL receive the discounted fees! Use the link under the 'Travel' tab when booking to receive the special rate.

Can I come earlier or stay later than the designated wedding dates?

Yes! Our discounted rate will be honored for several days before and after our wedding date.

How do I get to the venue?

A shuttle will take guests staying at the Laylow to the venue.

Where should I park if I am driving to the venue?

Answer

Self-parking is available near Cafe Julia, such as Bishop Square and Ali'i Place. We also recommend using Uber/Lyft/taxi for convenience.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. In the event it rains, indoor space will be provided.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so you can be fully present. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture it all!

Will there be assigned seating?

There will be assigned tables. We’ll have a seating chart at the reception to help you find your table.

Yes! Enjoy our signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options throughout the night.

Unfortunately, we must limit our guests to those listed on your invitation.
