Logan and I have rented out the cabins for the weekend as part of the celebration, unless you received a cabin invite inside the invitation, you will not be able to be in one of the cabins. There are a ton of Airbnbs around if you wish to be close to us, and suggest looking there first.
For anyone staying at the cabins there is one parking spot next to your cabin you have been assigned. For everyone else there is a lot within walking distance that has more than enough room.
Logan and I have rented the cabin that will be closest to the pavilion- and have decided we want everyone to have a night off as best as possible. If you would like to set up a playpen or a crib, or need to use the studio bed for the littles to rest while you continue to enjoy the night be our guest!
While we love the idea of everyone one coming to everything with bells and whistles- we are realistic and know we are asking a lot. We are out of town, in the middle of the woods, at night, for multiple nights- not on the weekend. All we ask is you tell us which event or events you can attend. In the RSVP tab make sure you respond to all events so we have a total number of guest to know how to best accommodate the whole non weekend.
We kindly request that you please make alternate arrangements for children under the age of 5 during the wedding ceremony. While we adore little ones, we have made this decision to ensure a serene atmosphere during this special moment. We have arranged for a dedicated cabin on-site where we intend to have chaperones that will be present to care for and entertain the children. The ceremony itself is expected to last approximately 15 minutes, after which you may reunite with your little ones and continue to enjoy the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create an intimate and tranquil environment for our ceremony. Should you have any questions or require assistance with making arrangements, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
The property ensured us we booked the perfect time of year. Strawberry, AZ tends to be more like the mountains in Colorado rather than the desert you typically think of. It should be in the low 80s in the day time and the high 50s at night. We will also have campfires going at night, but you may want to bring a light jacket just in case!
