How many days should I arrive before the wedding day?

We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between! Please arrive at least 1 day prior to the wedding.

May I set up a payment plan?

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip. Will I need a passport?

Answer

Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!

May I use USD in Mexico?

Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest and most convenient airport.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We recommend pre-booking a shuttle or private transfer for the easiest ride to the resort and best prices. Taxis and ride services are also available.

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this can be a fun getaway for you, and we truly appreciate you making arrangements to join us!

What’s the weather like in Cancun?

Warm, sunny, and humid! Expect temperatures in the mid-80s to low 90s°F (28–33°C). Bring breathable clothes, sunscreen, and plenty of swimsuits.

Is it safe to drink the water?

Answer

We recommend drinking bottled or purified water. Most resorts provide safe water for drinking and brushing your teeth.
