How long does it take to get to the venue from Denver?

Answer

If you are driving, it will likely take you one-and-a-half to two hours to get to the venue from Denver International Airport. Be sure to give yourself extra time in case of inclement weather. If you plan to take the Estes Park Shuttle service from the airport, it will take you two hours to get to the venue. What is the weather like in Estes Park during November?

Answer

Colorado weather can be quite unpredictable. It could be warm and sunny or it could be snowy and cold. The sun sets around 4:45, so it will likely be chilly to cold during the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour.

Yes. Just be sure to drink plenty of water, especially if you are flying in from lower elevations.

What can I do in Estes Park?

There are so many fun things to do in this tourist town. If you have never been, consider visiting the Rocky Mountain National Park, a treasure located only a few miles from the venue. The venue is walking distance from town, so you will have the chance to explore the many shops and restaurants. Or, if you are feeling a spooky adventure, head on down to the Stanley Hotel, one of the filming sites for The Shining. The hotel is allegedly haunted and they offer historical tours as well as ghost tours.

What COVID precautions are you taking?

We are keeping an eye on COVID conditions as they progress through the fall, but to keep our guests safe, we ask that ALL guests get a COVID test within a week of the wedding. To assist with this, we are offering free rapid tests for anyone who needs one. They will be available at the Mother of the Bride and Mother if the Groom's cabins. The venue has three floors and ample indoor and outdoor space. Food will be handled by professionals wearing PPE. We ask that all guests plan on bringing masks, as the situation is fluid and they may be required by the city of Estes Park.
