Heads Up Regarding Ubers!

Answer

Our wedding is in a small mountain town where Ubers are hard to come by—especially later in the evening—so we don’t recommend counting on one for your ride home. If you’re driving yourself, the venue has 60 parking spots available. We’ve also arranged a shuttle to and from the Boulder Marriott for your convenience. Check out the parking and shuttle info sections for all the details!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve arranged a shuttle to take guests to and from the venue. Just a heads up—there’s only one shuttle heading to the wedding, and it leaves at 3:45 PM sharp. There will be multiple shuttles available after the reception to get back to Boulder. See below for all the details! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Our venue has a parking lot that holds up to 60 vehicles and a parking attendant. Please note that Uber is not a reliable option to get back to Boulder from this venue.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2025. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to make it. Thanks so much for understanding—we need a final headcount for our vendors!
