Transportation TO venue: Cotton Court- 2:45pm Shuttle to venue leaves hotel. Overton- 2:45pm Shuttle to venue leaves hotel. NO shuttle for Holiday Inn guests. Return trips to Cotton Court and Overton start at 8:00PM. Subsequent return trips are TBD based on need.
Yes. Both the ceremony and reception are indoors; however, you will be asked to step outside for about 15 minutes while the barn is being flipped from ceremony seating to reception seating. There will be heaters for people to stand by if it's cold!
