Due to the limited space included in our venue and the intimate nature of our ceremony, we ask that no extra guests be permitted. However, if needed, please clear any questions regarding plus ones not included on your invitation with the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!
Merrick Hollow is a little off the beaten path. Reception is rare and limited. We choose this venue partially for that reason!
Both! The ceremony will be held outside, (weather permitting), and the reception indoors. The outdoor seats are wooden benches, and while we do not anticipate the ceremony being long, you are welcome to bring a cushion for your personal comfort!
We have made the decision to not provide a bar, however non-alcoholic cocktails and beverages will be served!
Be sure and take the roads leading from the Loves off of I-35! Not doing so puts you on a very long and bumpy dirt road, difficult for lower vehicles. Follow highway 105 until you get to S Pottawatomie Rd. From here, it should be gravel. Take a right and follow the road until you reach E 800 Rd. Then follow the signs to our beautiful venue!
We will be having dinner, drinks and dessert around 6:00!
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, we request that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #readytoberadford so we can keep track of all of your pictures! However, we do ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony! The couple will pause at the end of the isle for anyone wanting to snap a short photo and then greet you in the reception hall.
We know that not everyone may want to wear a mask at our wedding, but we completely respect those who do. We won’t be providing masks for guests, though, so if you do want to wear one, please bring your own! (bonus points if it’s a stylish mask!)
We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by April 1st to ensure adequate seating!
