Cancellation Policy
February 13th, 2025 and before $100 deposit non-refundable. All other deposits and payments fully refundable. February 14th, 2025 – March 15th, 2025 30% penalty fee for a reduction in nights, occupancy, or cancellation. Penalty fee is based on the total price of the nights reduced or cancelled. March 16th, 2025 and later All reservations are non-refundable. Reservation dates, occupancy, and room type cannot be changed. Name changes are allowed through April 29th, 2025.

Airport Transfer
Airport Transfer You arrive at Cancun Airport. After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal completely. You will see many transfer companies with signs. Look for the Amstar sign or ask one of the other vendors and they will point you in the right direction. Roundtrip transportation fees to/from CUN are included in the room price above when booked through this website.
