Please RSVP by August 15, 2025.
Whenever you are able! We do plan on having a welcome party Thursday evening in Bend at a local brewery and would love you there, but please do what works for your schedule. Also - noting that the elevation is 3,625' in Bend, so if needing to acclimate, I'd recommend getting there Thursday.
When RSVPing on the website, it will say if a +1 was included in your invite. We hope you can understand!
Though it is a family inclusive ranch, we kindly ask that the ceremony and reception be adults only, with the exception of babies under 1 (babes in arms). We will happily provide connections and recommendations to local babysitters who can come out to Brasada to watch the kiddos. There is a kids lounge on the property that would keep them fully entertained across the way from the reception barn. Please reach out to Jane for more details.
Brasada Ranch is located in Powell Butte, OR and is roughly 30 minutes from downtown Bend.
It would be preferred, but no, you do not. We booked this place in hopes that we would be able to have everyone stay in one place - less logistics, more face time with all our favorite people! If looking to stay longer, check out staying in Bend for the first nights, and Brasada the night of the festivities.
No, we are not offering shuttles or transportation outside of the ranch. Ubers are hard to get outside of Bend as well and aren't 100% reliable. Please take that into consideration if looking to book outside of the Brasada property! If you aren't renting a car, Brasada provides an airport shuttle service. When booking your lodging, please coordinate with the lodging director times for pickup and dropoff.
It is recommended if you would like to go outside of the Ranch and see other parts of Central Oregon, but definitely not required! There are so many things to do at the ranch itself.
We do not have a room block for a specific number of accommodations at Brasada Ranch, but we do have pro-rated pricing if you are coming for our wedding. Please refer to the Travel and Accommodation tab for more info!
The weather can vary quite a bit in Bend in September. It can be in the mid 70s, but drop to mid 40s at night, so plan accordingly! Check the weather before the weekend starts. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside, but the reception is inside.
The dress code is semi-formal. Please no jeans or flip flops. The ceremony and cocktail hour is on a mix of grass and flagstone (for all the heel wearing ladies). We are in the high desert too, so feel free to dress as yeehaw as you like.
