Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire is semi-formal. Although it is a November wedding, Florida can be unpredictable so please be prepared for warm weather or colder temperatures. Most importantly, be ready to celebrate and dance! We are so excited to see you there!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will join the couple in the luscious orange groves of La Venture Grove, an uncovered outdoor setting. Hors d'oeuvres and fellowship may be enjoyed along the Saint Johns River bank where guests can swing from a large oak tree or play yard games. The reception will take place under the pavilion at La Venture Grove. In the case of rain, activities will move underneath the pavilion for the duration of the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will leave enough time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable. The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
La Venture Grove is tucked away into a residential area of a neighborhood known as Switzerland; however, the address of La Venture Grove can also be found under the town names Fruit Cove or Saint Johns! Please be advised that all three are valid so please double check your GPS is taking you to the right place.

Is there parking? Do I have to pay for parking?
Answer
La Venture Grove has parking onsite and a parking coordinator will be directing guests upon arrival. There is no fee to park, we just ask you ensure early arrival so the parking attendant can help every guest.

What happens after the Ceremony?
Answer
While the practice of a first look before the ceremony has been adopted by many, we feel we should follow the tradition of seeing each other for the first time at the aisle. After the ceremony, family and wedding party photos will take place at the ceremony site and around the grounds of La Venture Grove. Hors d'oeuvres and yard games will be available immediately after the ceremony before the reception.
