Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 8th, 2025. This is to provide our venue and vendors with the final head counts to assist with cooking and final layouts! If we do not receive your RSVPs by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to ("Your Name") & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all your kiddos! But due to venue capacity restrictions, only the children listed on your invitation are invited. This is not to say you HAVE to bring them, if you want a mom & dad night out, have one!! We have included the names of your lovely kiddos that we can accommodate on your invitation. We just ask you let us know if you will be bringing them or not on the RSVP for a final headcount!

What Is The Dresscode?

Answer

Our dress code is garden elegant! Be mindful of the weather, it may be hot! No jeans, flip flops or shades of white please! For men we suggest linen or cotton material, dress pants and a button down. For women, we suggest flowy dresses, pastel or summer colors, floral prints (does not have to be floral though!) and comfortable shoes suitable for outdoor settings.

When is the wedding?

Our wedding is August 8th, 2025 at The Wildflower 301 in Greensboro, GA. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM so we ask that guests are seated in their chairs by 4:45 PM at the latest.

Parking and Transportation

Answer

Two of the nearby hotels we have listed do provide transportation to our venue! If you aren't staying at one of these, there is plenty of parking at the venue. There are parking attendants that will be directing parking so you will know where to go. There also is the option of Uber or Lyft!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced! We would love for everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us! Don't worry, we have professionals capturing the moments so you don't have to! We will share these memories with you all once we receive them!

Is the event outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, so be ready for Georgia summer weather! Cocktail hour will be available indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors!

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for all our guests, we will be having a more intimate Rehearsal Dinner for close family and our wedding party. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP
