Hotel Information
Feel free to book any location you'd like to stay, however, we have set up a few courtesy blocks and they are outlined below, however we have no obligations to either of the hotels at this time. If you would rather stay elsewhere or at an AirBnb, you can do that as well. We understand everyone has different needs and budgets, the blocks do not offer a large amount of savings, but are there as an option if desired.

We are pleased to have booked this courtesy block for $149/night + tax. If you'd like to book here you must do so by 90 days prior to your stay, by approximately April 19, 2024.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boulder/Longmont
We are pleased to have booked this courtesy block for $140/night + tax. These rooms are all suite style with kitchenettes. If you'd like to book here you must do so by 30 days prior to your stay, by approximately June 15, 2024.

Coming From Illinois?
If you're curious about working out some travel arrangements with our other friends coming from Illinois please view the link below and enter your information so others might be interested in carpooling to Colorado or to the Airport. If you choose to fly, you can typically catch a direct flight out of Peoria on Allegiant Fridays and Mondays. Similarly, there is a Frontier flight direct to Denver, typically offered Sundays and Thursdays, and sometimes Tuesdays. Be aware, the times of the flights tend to change a lot especially if booked far out in advance.
