Once you receive your physical invitation, please make sure to RSVP by August 15th. We’re finalizing details with our vendors shortly after, so anyone who hasn’t responded by then will unfortunately be removed from the guest list. We truly hope you can celebrate with us—don’t forget to RSVP on time!
We invite you to RSVP online (link will be available once you receive your physical invitation) or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.
Our venue's address will be revealed on the physical wedding invitations sent to you. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the bridge where the ceremony will take place. Our entire wedding venue is wheelchair accessible.
There is free on-site parking in the front and back of the venue.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony space on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. There will be golf carts available to transport guests to our ceremony space as well.
We have reserved multiple room blocks at local hotels near the venue/airport. Please review our Travel tab on our website for more information.
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a floor-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so only those listed on your invitation are invited. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invite. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party or those specifically invited). We hope this allows everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!
We want all our guests to enjoy the meal, so if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP! There will be a section on the digital RSVP form where you can include this information. Be sure to RSVP by the deadline so we can share your needs with our chef in time to accommodate them.
Yes! We’ll be celebrating with a fully stocked open bar for you to enjoy. That said, your safety means the world to us—so we kindly encourage guests to plan ahead and consider using a ride share, carpooling, or arranging alternate transportation to and from the venue. Let’s raise a glass responsibly and make it a night to remember (for all the right reasons)!
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! But if you’d like to contribute something, we kindly ask for contributions to our honeymoon fund in lieu of traditional gifts. You can find the link to our honeymoon fund on our wedding website. We’ll also have a card box at the reception for anyone who prefers to give in person. Thank you so much for your love and support!
Please plan to arrive no later than 4:10 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and to avoid disruptions, guests arriving after 4:15 PM may be asked to wait until after the ceremony to enter. We appreciate your understanding!
