We met at the KU school of pharmacy based in Wichita in the fall of 2017. Our mutual friend/cousin CC suggested that we should get to know each other because we had very similar interests. Naturally, we started off as friends/study buddies. After a year of getting to know each other more, we found ourselves always wanting to hang out. Our love for video games, bowling, cooking, baking, hiking, and travel brought us together. We went on our first unofficial date to see Crazy Rich Asians followed by a long deep talk in the parking lot at Braum's Ice Cream that lasted until 3am. Shortly after we became an official couple on September 14, 2018 and we have been happy ever since! After graduating pharmacy school in 2021, we decided to live together to start this next chapter in our lives as pharmacists. Stephen was accepted in the residency program at Ascension Via Christi and Terry started her career at Dillon's Pharmacy. Despite the long days of residency, we found time to take a trip to Napa Valley, California. We went on a 10 mile hike at Muir Woods National Monument and once we reached Mount Tamalpais, Stephen proposed April 16, 2022!! Luckily, Stephen's brother Brandon was there to capture our special moment! Thank you to everyone for all your love and support and to those who always told us we were perfect for each other! We cannot wait to celebrate our wedding with you!
