Meet the Maid of Honor! Veronica is such an amazing, loyal, and honest friend. Veronica has been there for every hardship, every celebration, and even those random nights when it's just us two talking about nothing. My mom refers to Veronica as the sister I've never had but always wanted. I couldn't agree more. We both know everything about one another and I would be completely lost without her by my side. Veronica came into my life during a really trying time. I was between jobs, out of a brutal relationship, and felt like I really had no one in my corner. Needless to say, Veronica is my rock. Always has been and always will be. Veronica and I promised each other 8 years ago we would be each other's Maid of Honor at our weddings and I could not be more proud. Here is to The Maid of Honor!
Marcus Bryant
Best Man
Marcus is probably the most consistent friend in the world. We first met after a Pantera show in 2000 or 2001. We instantly connected over music & our extremely dark sense of humor. Marcus is my best friend and I don’t think that I have ever had more fun with another dude. From our trips we have taken to our 3-5 nights a week of just hanging out at my house or his. Over the past couple of years, the four of us have gotten to spend so much time together and I really do feel lucky to live half a mile from him. From dressing up in mesh at San Diego Pride to going to Oakland to see Nine Inch Nails for the 300th time it doesn’t matter what we are doing I always know that we are gonna have a good time. Kari & he have both been there for me through some insane stuff over the past 12+ years.

Alex and I have been best friends going on several years now. Alex is an amazing mother, a loyal friend, and an even better Blackjack player. Alex and I first became close through both of our exes. I am happy I got Alex out of it! Our friendship starting blossoming when Alex and I would talk on her back patio for hours and by a "talk" I mean we got DEEP. We told each other all of our deepest secrets over the period of like 3 months. She has been one of my favorite travel buddies over the years. Vegas 2016 never forget! Alex has been a true friend to me and regardless of how much we have seen one another change over the years, I am so lucky we both stuck around to see this friendship become what it is today. We have both worked so hard for our friendship. I am forever grateful for my Alex.

Boston is the brother that I never had. We spent pretty much every day together from 17-20. We lived together in a house that should have been condemned with some of the strangest people that you have ever met and probably lived off of iced coffee and Filiberto's. We have watched pretty much every Jean Claude Van Damme movie together. It has been amazing growing up with this guy from being little punk kids that loved destruction and fire to becoming punk adults that love a little & much more controlled destruction and chaos. Ryan is an amazing dad and friend. Over the last couple of months, we have really reconnected after a few years of just getting busy and life happening. One of the best things to happen in 2020 is getting to really reconnect with one of my best friends.

My Schmoop... I could go on and on about how much I love and cherish what we have. Shannon was there for me during a pretty odd time in my life but always knew how to make life so much more fun and spontaneous. Shannon has literally held me while I have cried, we have lived together, we have had so much fun throughout the years of our friendship. I have loved being able to grow into our friendship as we have. It has had a really strong impact on me being friends with Shannon. Her smile can light up any room and her laugh is contagious. It was rumored at one point that Shannon and I were so close we must have been dating, we definitely got some good laughs out of that one. I couldn't be more excited to have Shannon a part of my big day and most importantly a part of my life.

Nathan came into my life about 10 years ago and instantly made a huge impact. Right when Megan and I started hanging out Nate told me that I was going to marry Megan and he was the first person that I opened up to about my feelings about her. I don’t know if I have ever met someone that is more spontaneous, hilarious, driven, and unhinged. He is one of the best friends that I have made as an adult and always down for whatever insane ideas I come up with. Even though it has only been a few years I feel like we have been friends pretty much our whole life. He has gone from some of the darkest places I have ever seen someone into a successful, model, dancer, choreographer, son, grandson & friend. I don’t know if I have ever had more 2 am chain-smoking conversations with anyone in my life.

Brandi is going to finally be my sister by the end of this wedding but I have always considered her that since we met. When I first met Brandi she was just so kind and welcoming when I came into the family. Brandi is someone I look up to when it comes to parenting, she is an amazing mother to my soon to be niece Rylee Quinn. I look up to her amazingly loving and kind relationship with my soon to be brother in law, Brian, and most of all I look to her as a friend, she has helped me so much and probably doesn't even know because she is just that good of a person. I have always hoped and wished for a sister in law like Brandi and I am so happy that I am getting that through this marriage. Brandi, thank you for all you've done to support and love me!

My little brother Brian is and has always been one of my best friends and confidants. He is an unbelievable father, husband, uncle, and friend. Bri Bri has always been the sweet, loving, sensitive Murphy boy and everyone who meets him instantly falls in love with his kind heart. He is always available to be a dungeon master, cook amazing food, and help you counterfeit money and try to pass it off at taco bell. I am beyond lucky to have a brother like him. Brian and I have traveled all over the country to go to concerts together and have gone on some of the most amazing trips ever around the world.
Jaime Lofgren

Jaime has been such a wonderful friend to me over the years. Jaime and I worked together at a rehab facility and we became very close while spending 40+ hours together a week and only fought a few times, haha! Jaime is like a big sister to me, she always offers the best advice and has always been so loving and supportive of me during all the hard times and all of the great times. Jaime is a wonderful mother to her two sons and her husband Adam is alright. It is funny because Devin has known Jaime for over 16 years and would say she's like his little sister. Jaime is one of the coolest, most thoughtful, and kind human there is. A rare breed if you will. I am so excited to have Jaime stand by my side on our big day!

I met Ryan AKA Tazer right after he moved to AZ from New York. He has always been one of the sassiest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. When he lived in AZ we quickly bonded over our inappropriate humor & love of live music. We have stayed very close over the years and anytime he was in town touring we would spend the day together catching up. He is a great friend & person, even if Scarlett constantly tells me that he is evil and a bully. He currently lives in North Carolina and I am so damn excited that he is going to be a part of our wedding.

Taryn was one of the first cousin's of Devin I was introduced to of his family. Taryn is married to Dr. Kevin Muprhy they have two beautiful children and reside in Payson, AZ. Taryn and I became fast friends over the years because we share so many things in common. One of the many things that have bonded us over the years is that at any given time when we show up somewhere she and I are most likely wearing the same outfit. We have bonded over painful pasts, joyous occasions life brings and realized more and more how much we have in common. Regardless of distance, Taryn and I have made real efforts to remain close even though we don't get to spend as much time together as we both wish. I am beyond grateful to have found an amazing friend in Taryn and also gained another wonderful cousin.

Dr. Kevy has been like a little brother to me my whole life. He is one of the wittiest and most intelligent guys I have ever met. Growing up his brother Ryan and I would torture and scare him and Bri Bri at every chance we had. From making him watch the Leprauchan when he was 8 to going to festivals and shows with the four of us, I really consider myself fortunate for being so close to my family. Kevin is now the OBGYN doctor to the stars..... or the stars of Payson at least. He is a hell of a storyteller, joke teller, friend, dad and husband. Megan and I are very grateful to have him and his wife as a part of our bridal party.
Kari Rizzo-Bryant

Kari and I met through Devin and his best man Marcus Bryant. Kari and Marcus have been married for 6 years and have a relationship that Devin and I look up to immensely. Kari and I started really bonding and getting close when I would just go to their house to hang out with her. Kari and I see each other probably 2 times a week because of how close we live to one another. Kari is a smart, funny, and loyal friend. To win Kari's friendship was a complete honor to me, especially if you know Kari. I am beyond grateful to have Kari in my corner. I love just being able to call her and chat or go over to the house and have hour-long back patio talks about everything and anything. I am very confident in my words that I believe Kari and I will be in each other's lives for a very very long time.

Preston and I have been friends since I was 17. He has been one of my best friends for that long as well. I think in the last 20 years we have lived in the same state for a total of 5 years but always have remained close and I have always had an amazing bond and feelings of closeness with him and his brother. Preston lives out in Oakland and is also one of the most impressive musicians I have ever met….. the dude even makes the kazoo sound amazing and beautifull. Preston, I am beyond happy to have you stand with us on our wedding day.
Lauren Fischer

Lauren came into mine and Devin's life during a really tragic time for our friend group. Lauren has been a godsend to us. Mine and Devin's friend Mac passed away tragically in 2019 and Lauren was there for us through it all while she was also suffering this loss. Lauren is engaged to Riley, Mac's brother, and held all of our hands through that traumatic event. The great thing that came out of all of it was that Lauren and I were able to pursue an amazing friendship of our own. Lauren is an incredible person both professionally as an RN and in her personal life. She has always put others' needs before her own and I look up to her for that. She has been a rock-solid friend to both Devin and I. I personally couldn't think of a better person to stand with us on our wedding day.

I met Mikey shortly after starting to date Megan. She made sure that I knew that he never liked any of her past boyfriends and that he probably wouldn’t like me either… it was all lies and fear tactics. Mikey and I instantly became close friends and over time I gained another brother. The only conflict we have ever had is when I consistently kick his butt at Mortal Kombat and NBA 2k. don’t worry Mikey, someday you might become a challenging opponent. I see how vital Mikey is to Megan. She made sure I asked for him for her hand in marriage along with Michael and Lorraine. We love having Melonie, Mikey, Landon, and Yesenia over for family dinners pretty much as often as we can and I am so happy to be welcomed into this family with open arms.
