What time should I arrive to the ceremony?What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. We kindly request that guests begin to arrive as early as 2:15 p.m. Guests are required to check in with the usher before entering the ceremony. To maintain the flow of the ceremony, no guests will be admitted after 2:50 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation!

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests wear Black. The attire should be semi-formal or formal. While this request is non-traditional, we know everyone will look incredible in black. For women: cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, floor-length gowns, or dressy separates in Black are all welcome. For men: black suits, tuxedos, or tailored black dress pants paired with a black button-down shirt or jacket are appropriate. Please note that the dress code will be strictly enforced. Thank you for helping us create a beautifully cohesive celebration!

Answer

While we adore your children, we kindly request that our wedding be an adult-only occasion. Alcohol will be served during the entire event. Only children who are part of the wedding party will be permitted entry into the venue. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Answer

Due to limited seating and space, we kindly ask that only guests who received a formal paper or digital invitation attend. When guests RSVP it will state your name and guest name to attend. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Please RSVP by July 31, 2025, by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. You will not be counted as a guest if you fail to RSVP.

Answer

You will be greatly missed if you’re unable to attend! If your plans change, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Due to the cost of reserved seating, food and beverages, guests who RSVP 'yes' and do not attend may receive an invoice to cover the associated expenses. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes! The couple has graciously provided beer, wine, champagne, and cocktails for guest to enjoy. Please enjoy the bar service. Please bring cash to tip the bartender for their wonderful service.

Answer

The bride and groom will be supplying the alcoholic beverages. Due to venue rules, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises. For your safety and the safety of others, please drink responsibly. Also, make arrangements to get home.

The couple has chosen to celebrate their union in Monroeville, AL. The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the Monroeville Community House.

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the wedding ceremony. The couple has graciously provided hors d'oeuvres, wine, and champagne. Please take this time to enjoy mingling with each other and capturing many memories.

The couple is generously providing all alcohol for guests while supplies last. Please remember to bring cash to tip the amazing bartenders!

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests silence their cell phones and refrain from taking photos. We will have an un-plugged ceremony. After the ceremony, please capture as many memories as you wish. Also, share them with us! We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment—thank you for your understanding!

Where do I park?Where do I park?

Answer

Please follow all state parking guidelines. Kindly avoid parking in handicap spaces without a valid permit, and do not park near the stairwell leading to the Terrace Room. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to ensure safety and accessibility for all guests.
