What is included in the price for the resort?

All resort taxes, fees, meals, beverages, activities

Are we able to purchase Travel Insurance?

Answer

Yes, insurance can be purchased before the trip. Just let our travel agent, Esther Kempf, know you would like to add it

Can we add airport transfers?

Answer

Yes, as soon as we have everyone’s flight information, Esther will coordinate how many vans we will need and the cost based on the occupancy

How much of a deposit do I need to leave?

Answer

Each deposit will be $100 per person, unless you choose to book a higher category (Peony Suite, Governor’s Suite, Presidential Suite)

When is final payment due?

Final balance should be paid by May 6, 2022

Do I need a passport to go to Mexico?

Answer

Yes! Each traveler will need a passport with 6 months of validity after you plan to return to the US. So if you are attending, your passport should be valid until February 2023

Will there be testing prior to us returning to the US?

Answer

As part of our CleanComplete+ 360-degree safety and hygiene program, test results are available within the required three-day window required for vaccinated travelers to enter the U.S. For unvaccinated guests, test results are now required within one day. To support this, AMR™ Collection has antigen tests available to guests on site. Guests should contact the concierge at each resort upon arrival to schedule departure testing. Prior to travel, we remind travelers to check with the U.S. State Department for the most current travel information, and contact airlines for information on COVID-19 requirements and the process for demonstrating those requirements.
