How do I RSVP? When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Once invitations have been sent (after April 1st) you will be able to click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before June 16, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity--you will be missed!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting.The reception will be held indoors with air conditioning. There is a patio and tables for those who would like to hang out outdoors. The bon fire will also obviously be outdoors.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so pick either side! For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with those they know. Keep a lookout for the seating chart when you enter the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal. No jeans please! :) Also, we are requesting that you wear something blue (any shade) to make the photographs look amazing. You whole outfit does not have to be blue, just something blue (blue shirt, blue tie, blue skirt, blue flowered dress etc)

Will I be photographed?

Answer

Yes! Pictures are very important to the bride and groom. Following the ceremony all guests will be photographed with the bride and groom. Family and group photos will also be taken.

Is there time between the events to go home?

Answer

No! The evening will be spent celebrating and visiting with one another. The time frames are approximate. We will have the ceremony, pictures, dinner, first dance and toasts and then will end the evening with a bon fire. There will not be dancing.

Can I bring a plus one/children?

Answer

Due to very limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones/children unless it is specifically indicated on your formal invitation.

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes, some rooms have been reserved at The Lodges. Rooms must be booked by May 20, 2025. Access code: TS2025. For more details, click on the travel tab.

Will there be alcohol available?

Answer

There is a bar at Gloryridge Tavern that you will be able to buy a glass of wine, cocktail, or beer. There will be beer available at the Bonfire. We love you and ask you to drink responsibly.
