Guests should arrive at 2:30pm to enjoy a pre-ceremony welcome. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.
The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors. The reception will be held in a covered open-air pavilion enclosed on three sides with one side open to the outdoors.
Our dress code is 'Elegant Outdoor'. Think dressed-up but comfortable. Dress pants and collared shirts or dresses, skirts, or dressy separates are all great choices. Think elegant, not formal. Wear shoes you can dance in!
We're having an ‘Unplugged Ceremony’, so we kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras and be fully present with us. Our professional photographer and videographer will capture all of the magic of our ceremony.
Absolutely! Feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception.

Yes! Hors d’oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or preferences before the wedding so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Tables will be assigned, but feel free to choose any seat at your table.

Absolutely!! If there’s one thing we love as much as each other…it’s bowling! 🎳 Feel free to join us for some strikes, spares, and some late night fun! Wedding attire welcome, bowling skills optional. Check back for details!
Our wedding will be adults only. Come prepared to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate a special night out together. We can't wait to see you there!
Yes. The venue features concrete pathways throughout the property. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces are spread out and include some gentle hills. Golf cart transportation will be available for anyone who would find assistance helpful. Just look for a Grand Tradition staff member to request a ride.
Yes, there is adequate parking. The upper parking lot is closest to the venue entrance. Vehicles can stay on the property overnight, but must be picked up by 12:00pm the following day.
