We have moved our ceremony and celebration to April 17, 2021. The health and safety of our guests is top priority so we'll continue to monitor and update this site should that need to change again. We'll make the tough calls if we need to. BUT, our hope is that by April we will be able to proceed . The KOA has ensured that the Lodge and our designated cabin area is restricted; there other guest will not be permitted in our area(s). Depending on the guidelines in Pennsylvania we may require masks and ask to space ourselves on the dance floor. Regardless, we can still have a great celebration!!! Let's all just think positive thoughts and do our part to help make Covid a thing of the past and that a treatment or vaccine will be available.
We are asking to receive your RSVP by February 13. Though if staying at KOA you WILL need to book by February 20 or the cabins could be taken.
To reserve at KOA, call the campgrounds directly. Cabins have been held for us through 2/20. When you call, reference you are with the Tripi-Cuccurullo wedding. If you run into issues ask for Gary or email me at T_Tripi@msn.com
Yes, the KOA will be open to the public in April. However, they are holding cabin reservations for our event until February 20. Additionally, our guest will have a reduced rate. After 2/20, the public can reserve at their standard rates. If you do book KOA after February 20, 2021, be sure to tell them you are with the Tripi-Cuccurullo wedding to get reduced rates
As of March 1, 2021 the Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health for Mitigation Relating To Travel is no longer in effect. Travelers should still practice appropriate public health measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 such as masking, physical distancing, and hand hygiene. If Travel restrictions are imposed due to Covid, the KOA will give a full refund and not charge any cancellation fees.

This is obviously something that can change but as of Aug 3rd, PA is still in green status. The current PA regulation for a gathering is not to exceed 250 people outdoors....I promise, we won't hit that number :) The number for inside gatherings changes; so we are going to monitor this closely. But right now, the rule is 50% of the maximum seating capacity. We'll have outdoor and indoor options during the reception, so we should be able to stay within the guidelines. I am also in contact with the KOA and will ensure we follow their policies as well. https://www.chesco.org/ - click the CDC and Pennsylvania guidelines and regulations
We want people to have fun and relax. So come wearing what is comfortable for you! If you like to dress up, do it! If you want to wear jeans and a flannel you'll look great! Be YOU! I know some guests will dress in suits others in jeans. If you are staying at the KOA and want to have multiple wardrobe changes for the day...GO AHEAD! The Bride and Groom are just happy you are celebrating with us.
Both ! We'll have Beer & Wine inside the Liberty Lodge directly following the ceremony. For dinner... we have the Plum Pit FOOD TRUCK coming for dinner! You can order anytime between 5:45 and 8PM. We have a preselection of options, but you get to order / mix and match what you want. Check out the Menu tab on this site to start your mouth watering. There will be menu lists also available so you can review and pick out your items before getting in line. There will be options for everyone! Healthy or not, Veggie or not, Gluten or not. We do ask that you be patient while waiting to get your food & beverage. Social distancing may require a slightly longer wait....we'll have snacks to curb any 'hangries'
We are planning on outdoors! But it does depend on the weather, so we are coming up with back up plans for the ceremony. For the reception, if we do see clouds, we'll have indoor & covered outdoor seating for food/beverage. POSTITIVE THOUGHTS PEOPLE... Sun and warmth...Sun and warmth !!!
Good news, the long range forecast is calling for warmer than normal temperatures this April and only a moderate chance of precipitation. The temperature during the day should be around 65 -70, getting cooler at night - Perfect weather for a campfire!!! Also, all cabins have heat (and AC).
OF COURSE!!!!
Absolutely YES - Any age!!
Make your reservation at KOA!! Then send me an email at T_Tripi@msn.com. We'll help you figure out what to bring.
That is up to you. We will be providing standard camping fair, beverages and snacks for KOA guests (check back for our meal planning updates). However, if you have any dietary preferences, it may be good to bring with you to the KOA.
Only if you are staying at a Tent Site or RV Site. Pets are unfortunately not permitted in the cabins
The KOA is 45- 60 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport and about 15-20 minutes from West Chester/Exton area
You'll be able to get on quickly from the airport to KOA. For the reverse route, you many need to wait a bit for your Uber to arrive. We recommend scheduling a cab or calling your Uber well in advance if they are picking you up at KOA. If you are not renting a car we help figure out your transportation. Give us a quick email at T_Tripi@msn.com.
We are going to have some activities at KOA -- but super unstructured (no Julie McCoy onboard this ship, lol). On Saturday we want to have a bit of a scavenger hunt for the kids, plus games for all ages (twister, lawn checkers, maybe some Corn Hole - a.k.a. Bean Bag Toss), and KOA has activities on site like mini golf, canoes, gem mine, playground, volleyball net. We also have an ice cream truck coming around 12:00 until 1:30 on Saturday (it's our treat !!) But if you do decide to pass up a relaxing day by the campfire with an adult beverage while the kids run wild....The area has so much to do! So much so, that it's probably easier to Google what you are interested in - adventure/ shopping, urban/rural, theatre/sports, etc. Google will have a far more exhaustive list than we ever could...
