Are Masks Required? / What is your Sick Policy?

Answer

Masks are encouraged but not required. Please do not show up if you are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea Itching Rash or Clusters of Hives As much as we would like to have you there on our big day, our top priority is your safety and the safety of others.

Hotel Blocks and Booking

Answer

Please be sure to use the reservation link provided on our wedding website to book your hotel room by October 1, 2022. If you would like to add or remove a day from your hotel room please email our POC Linda Costello at linda.costello@aimhosp.com AFTER booking your room, you will need your confirmation number to verify your room modification. If you need to cancel your reservation you have up to 48 hours prior to arrival; to cancel please call the hotel directly at (703) 221-6293.

Parking and Arrival Time

The doors will at 10:30 AM. Parking will be available across the street on the left. Signs will be posted for your convenience, Please do not park in front of the venue.
