We have a limited amount of hotel rooms that have been blocked for guests and it can be found on the Travel page. However, once those rooms have booked we have provided a list of the closest hotels to the venue on our Travel page.
Parking would in the parking garage across from the Concord Police Department Headquarters. (28 Cabarrus Ave W, Concord). There would be signs indicating where to park. If you require handicap parking please contact us ahead of time.
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our August 19th deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our venders within a timely manner.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors that is traditionally reserved for the bride and the wedding party - whites, cream, ivories, paprika, khaki. You can dress formally meaning dress pants and button up shirts for men and modest dresses for women. (No TShirts)
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at (16005 Croft Drive, Apt 102, Charlotte, NC, 28269). We prefer gift cards , checks, cash. If you would like to leave cards, a wedding card box will be at our reception. Please refrain from bringing bigger gifts as it would be hard to transport after the wedding.
We ask to refrain from posting on any social media sites until the bride and groom does so themselves.
The wedding will be indoors.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.
Yes, kids are welcome.
Any pictures that are taken feel free to email us at (tntsuitt@gmail.com) or send us a text. Pictures that the photographer and videographer takes should be posted on our website in the gallery section within the next upcoming weeks. Until then feel free to glance at our engagement photos.
Yes, there will be an open bar that accepts cash and/or card. There is also a bar downstairs located near the venue if you want to grab a drink in between ceremonies.
We will be having a "sit-down dinner" that has your choice of entree, side and drink. If you have a food allergy, please mark it on your RSVP form.

Yes, there will be. The reception should start 30 mins after the ceremony.
The wedding reception should end around 9-9:30 pm. As of right now there is no after-party but feel free to get in touch with the bride or groom to see if they have any plans.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding/reception, please email us at (tntsuitt@gmail.com) or text Terrence and/or Santaja as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
